• Your Order ID

• Reason for the return

• Photo or video proof of damage or defect

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

Refunds

Get your money back, hassle-free:

• Refunds are processed only for approved return claims.

• If refund is accepted, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 10 working days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• Clearance or sale items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
